Subscribe PolyTalk - adds your email address to to the subscribers list of the mailing list.

Unsubscribe PolyTalk - Removes your email address from the subscribers list for the mailing list.

Set mode digest PolyTalk - Sets your email address to receive emails in diget mode, which will send all messages for the list combined into one email daily.

Set mode standard Polytalk - Sets your email address to receive emails in standard mod (the default), which will send messages one at a time to your email account.

To post a message to the PolyTalk list you simply send your email message to PolyTalk@thegardensite.com
